Similar to Racing, the Houston Dash implies a lot of running and racing, something we're not sure gays are that into. In honor of Pride Month, we look at how the NWSL has treated its LGBTQ+ players and represented the gay community within a world of exclusionary policies and ongoing fights for equity.

The league's games are also a haven for queer people, with boda gay hombres flags, butches, queer kids, and trans support everywhere the eye can see!

We name our month after it, it's the flag we wave around, it's what we have in spades. The NWSL was founded twelve years ago, and has steadily risen to be counted among the most elite leagues in the world, and queer players have had a huge impact on the league and its success.
